Eligible Returns:

  • Defective Items: If you receive a dress with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@nebowedding.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to either repair the dress or create a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive a dress that does not match your confirmed order specifications (style, size, color), please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly make the necessary alterations or create a new dress based on the original order details.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Custom-Made Nature: As each dress is crafted specifically to your provided measurements and specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to changes in preference, fit issues related to inaccurate measurements, or delays caused by customer-provided information.
  • Color Variations: Please note that due to screen calibrations and dye lot variations, slight color discrepancies may occur. These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.

Important Notes

  • Timeline: Any eligible return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your dress.
  • Original Condition: Dresses must be returned in their unworn, unaltered, and original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and selecting a trackable shipping method for any eligible returns.
  • Inspection & Processing: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection. Upon approval, repairs, alterations, or replacements will be initiated as agreed.
